You will have access to Optimise 24/7 through up-to-date technology and an easy-to-use app. Use the app to access your exercise programs, nutrition goals and tracking and your monthly habits. It also makes it easy to stay in touch with your coach and ask questions throughout the week.
You will have access to two scientific tests that make it easy to track changes and progress and see how your daily habits are affecting your health. Continuous Glucose Monitoring: Track your blood sugar changes in response to food, sleep, and exercise. Cardiometabolic Testing: Use breath analysis to measure your calorie burn and primary fuel source, plus access your heart and lung function for age comparison.
You will have access to your coach throughout the week for any questions you may have. The program can also be tweaked to your needs depending on any feedback you have. The most important thing is for you to complete the tasks.
